Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We offer tracked worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination.

How long to process my order?

Most orders ship within 24–48 hours on business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once dispatched.

How long is delivery? (estimates)

Asia: 3–7 business days
USA/Canada: 5–10 business days
EU/UK: 5–10 business days
Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Can I change/cancel my order or address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us within 2 hours and we’ll try to assist. Shipped orders can’t be changed.

My tracking hasn’t moved.

Tracking can take 24–48h to update. If it stalls longer, message us and we’ll check with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return window?

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with all tags/packaging.
(For hygiene/packaging integrity, keep inner bags and tags intact.)

How do I start a return/exchange?

Use the Contact form or email Service@Fujido.com with your order number. We’ll reply within 24–48h.

Who pays return shipping?

Defects/incorrect items: We cover it.
Change of mind/size: Customer covers return postage.

Refund timing?

Refunds go back to your original payment method after the return is received and inspected—usually 3–5 business days.

Items with issues?

If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll make it right.

Product & Care

Are these hand-embroidered?

No—our jackets are not hand-embroidered. Fully hand-embroidered sukajan are beautiful but rare and very expensive, often costing several times more.
We use a high-density, modern embroidery process to deliver crisp, durable motifs at an accessible price.

How do I care for my jacket?

Always follow the care label first. General tips:

  • Turn inside-out; place in a laundry bag; cold gentle cycle or hand wash.
  • Do not tumble dry; lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sun.
  • If needed, low-heat iron with a press cloth; never iron directly over embroidery.
  • Avoid bleach/harsh solvents; spot-clean when possible.
Will the colors bleed or fade?

We test for colorfastness. Wash cold, avoid long soaks, and dry in shade to keep colors steady.

A thread is loose—what do I do?

Do not pull it. Trim the loose end carefully and secure with a tiny drop of fabric glue on the underside—or contact us for guidance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

What currency do you charge?

Prices display in your local currency. Your bank may show a small FX conversion if different.

Stock, Drops & Preorders

An item is sold out—will you restock?

We release in small batches, so restocks are limited.

Do you take preorders?

When open, the estimated ship date appears on the product page.
