Shipping Policy

Where We Ship & Origin

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers in Shenzhen/Hong Kong.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
Processing Time

Standard processing: 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.

During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may extend to 3–5 business days.

If your order includes pre-order/back-order items (if offered), we’ll email an estimated ship date.
Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are delivered in 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times can vary by destination, local post performance, customs clearance, and remote-area routing.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your package ships (tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate).
Shipping Fees

Shipping rates (and any free-shipping promotions) are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and method.

Remote-area surcharges may apply per carrier rules; we’ll notify you if relevant before shipping.
Address Changes & Cancellations

We move fast to ship your order. There’s only a very small window to modify or cancel before picking/packing.

Email Service@Fujido.com ASAP with subject “Cancellation” (include order number + full name). We’ll confirm what’s still possible.

Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Delivery Issues
Damaged in Transit
-
If anything arrives damaged, contact Service@Fujido.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video (include the outer box and shipping label).

After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund per our policy.
Lost or Heavily Delayed Parcels

A package is considered lost if not delivered within 60 days from dispatch (most arrive far sooner).

If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, you’re eligible for a reship or full refund once a parcel is deemed lost.

If you did not purchase insurance, we will assist with a carrier trace/claim and offer the most reasonable resolution available (including reship options once the carrier concludes the trace).

Please notify us within 30 days after the 60-day window if your parcel has still not arrived.
Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, delivery refusal, or other recipient-side reasons, we can reship for the actual reshipping fee (and any carrier return fee if applicable).

If you prefer a refund instead, original shipping is non-refundable and our Refund & Returns Policy applies (including the US$10 deduction for customer-reason returns on orders that originally shipped free).
Customs, Duties & Taxes

For most destinations, you will not be charged any additional customs or import fees on delivery. For eligible orders we cover these costs ourselves, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
This currently applies to:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom and most countries in the European UnionIf your order is shipping to a country not listed above, local VAT/duties/import taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient. These charges are not included in our prices or standard shipping fees.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid local duties/taxes in a country where we do not cover these fees, the original shipping costs are non-refundable and any additional return charges may be deducted from an eligible refund.
Please note that occasional customs inspections may cause delays that are outside of our control.
Tracking Tips

Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch; this is normal during hand-offs between carriers.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please check with household members, reception/concierge, neighbors, and your local post office. Then email us and we’ll help investigate.
Returns & Exchanges (Summary)

Customer-reason returns (e.g., size/style change of mind): original shipping is non-refundable. If your order shipped free, a US$10 shipping deduction is taken from the refund.

Fastest exchange method (recommended): Place a new order for the size/style you want, then return the original item; we waive the US$10 deduction when you provide the new order number in your return request.

Verified defects/wrong item/missing parts: we cover applicable shipping and no US$10 deduction applies.
